|Shopping Cart Problems
From time to time we have customers who
tell us they have been unable to finalize an order, sometimes
receiving message saying that cookies are not enabled. We receive
more of these messages often when a Microsoft Security Patch has
been downloaded. We suspect that sometimes the installation of these
patches alters your security settings and disables "cookies".
Cookies are small text files on your computer that identify you so
that online shopping technology works. They do not take any personal
information from you but if they are disabled, you will not be able
to shop online.
To enable them:
- In Internet Explorer, click on
"tools" then "internet options" then click on the "privacy" tab.
- If the tab is set at high
(slider at the top) then cookies are blocked. You need to move
the slider down until it shows that cookies will be accepted.
- Click "apply" and OK out.
- You should now be able to shop.
