Which oil
supplement should I choose? |
The following products may
be suitable for different age groups.
This is a
rough guideline only, and some products which state they are
not suitable for older children (for example BioCare
Linseed Oil 1000) are simply not the ideal product for
that age group.
Some other products, which are generally
suitable for adults, are contra-indicated for people
taking blood-thinning medications, or for diabetics.
Products containing GLA may not be suitable for those
with epilepsy. Please follow the link to the product page, where you
will find further details, and also take the advice of
your medical practitioner if in any doubt.

For
Cooking, Baking, Stir-Frying and Spreading
NOTE: The less oils
are heated, the less they are destroyed, and the
better they are for us.
Do not allow any
kind of fat or oil to burn or smoke, and do not
re-use. Adding garlic and onions minimises
free radical damage.
NEVER heat oils
which are high in essential fatty acids (omega 3 and
6) - they can safely be added to food AFTER it has
been cooked, e.g.
Udo's Choice Ultimate Oil Blend on freshly
steamed vegetables or on warm rice. |
